The refund of the product value if the return can be done in two ways:
On purchases paid by credit card, the reversal will occur in up to 02 subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the credit card administrator.
On purchases paid by deposit or bank transfer, the refund will be held in the client's personal account within 7 working days.
